Gymnastics was central to Dominique's life from age 3, but an injury forced her to quit, leading to an identity crisis and eating disorders. With help from a psychologist & nutritionist, Dominique recovered. Now, she is dedicated to sharing the practical knowledge she gained to help others facing similar challenges.
